Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them in the original packaging or a secure alternative.
Label and Ship
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
